The Heathrow Saga continues

Yet AGAIN British Airways has a computer glitch with their baggage system
causing fresh drama in T5, with flights delayed.
An absolute PR nightmare with Big promises and Little delivery!
The messy start to T5's opening is said to cost 16 million pounds($48m)!

Other Heathrow drama outbreaks was Naomi's arrest at T5- No SURPRISE THERE!
British Drama seems to pale in comparison to American drama though.
When will Naomi get her 3 days in jail-where she'll spend 1 day ,
after which she'll have a breakdown and get out
AND then tell all about how it changed her life! Hahahaha.

Light @ the End of the Terminal ?

I've been reading so much of this Terminal 5 absolute disarray in London Heathrow.
Somehow enough, I do believe Singapore would have handled the new opening alot more efficiently. Things tend to run more smoothly in this country and I guess it pays to be 'Kiasu'
and over cautious at times I realise.
The opening and operation of T5 is in absolute shambles with:

-Short flights cancelled,
-People stuck in the airport,
-Bags not boarded though the Plane has left!!!

Those seem to be the least of their problems-
HOW embarrassing for British Airways!!!
But then losing luggage doesn't seem to be an uncommon feature when flying with them.
