Allo Allo-i shell say Zis only Once

BOnjour from the tiny village in Angers, the name is too long, trust me.
I'm staying with a friend and 'Glen'and his family. Was introduced to him in Singapore when he was in the French school.

The train ride over to paris was bout 3 hours or so and it was just alot of greenery, trees, cows horses and dilapitated stone house.Glen picked us from the trainstation and we drove another 3 hours. His family is ever so hospitable and made sure they made dishes without meat in it for me. They especially went out their way and it was really sweet of them. GLen has this massive hunting sort of dog which is jumpy and playful.

Yesterday we went to do some sightseeing and we visited the main attraction a big castle. We didn't realise but we spent around 2 hours getting lost in side and taking alot of pictures from the amazing tapestry works. Was an excellent view from the top tower as well. After we took a walk down to a pub called 'Le Kent''and had a small snack/lunch because we were starving!!!!! We walked around the town area and window shopped and i was so tempted to buy somemore shoes, which i already have enough off. BOught postcards and we eventually went to the train station and booked our train tickets to Tolouse where my sisters boyfriend is from . So Friday midday we will be heading to the staion and the train ride is about 9hours...foo-yo, friggin long and we will reach at night. Next day we will head staright for the mountains to SNOW BOARD..woohoooooo i cant wait man.

France is most definitely alot more different from UK and i guess in this particualr town , it is relaly clean and ever thing looks somewhat whte washed. People are Ever so polite but unfortunately only speak French. Even the guy collecting money for the toilet says 'bonjour'and "merci"....
but EVERYONE is warning me that in Paris the parisians are gonna be rude and abrupt and not as polite, some say just plain rude. SO with the amount of french i know, i really hope i can get by...yikes!!! Ken is going to have to depend on me....Oh dear, what pressure....I hope we dont get yelled at...
Any wya here are some pictures ..enough Babbling!

Adios!!!!
